In fact, the Svelato d’Artista is not afraid of pairing with refined dishes and more noble courses. From bread and salami to tagliolini with lobster, Svelato d’Artista is the wine you’d always want another glass of.
It is made from Glera, Bianchetta and Perera coexisting in the same vineyard, as it was once made.
Drink it as you like! Clear or cloudy, with the yeasts in suspension.

Grapes: Glera, Bianchetta, Perera
Vinification: white. Soft pressing and fermentation in steel vats.
Re-fermentation in the bottle with frozen must.
Yeasts: Selected
Alcohol content: 10.5%.

When you are looking for something authentic, you can count on Bronner.
Piwi grapes from the highest vineyards and cooled by mountain breezes give life, with patient craftsmanship, to a wine on the lees, re-fermented in the bottle with an inimitable taste and zero added sulphites. Bronner is the concreteness of the bet won in cultivating historic vineyards once abandoned due to phylloxera.
It is a wine with no added sulphites.
